Refund Policy

KuduRiver Gundogs Refund & Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:

More than 60 days before the experience date

  • Any payments made in excess of the booking deposit will be refunded.

  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.

 

Between 30 and 60 days before the experience date

  • The booking deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Any additional payments received above 50% of the booking value will be refunded.

 

Less than 30 days before the experience date

  • No refund will be payable.

  • The full booking value remains due, as accommodation, catering, staffing and estate arrangements will have been committed on your behalf.

 

Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another suitable guest, subject to prior written approval by KuduRiver Gundogs.

The replacement guest must meet any legal, licensing, safety and insurance requirements applicable to the experience.

 

Cancellation by KuduRiver Gundogs

If KuduRiver Gundogs is required to cancel an experience due to circumstances within our control, guests will be entitled to either:

  • A full refund of monies paid; or

  • Transfer of their booking to an alternative available date.

Force Majeure

 

KuduRiver Gundogs shall not be liable for cancellations or alterations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions;

  • Disease outbreaks affecting livestock, game or wildlife;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Industrial disputes;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Estate safety concerns.

 

In such circumstances, we will endeavour to offer an alternative date wherever possible. If this is not possible, a refund of monies paid will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible and will normally be processed within 14 days of agreement.

 

Travel and Personal Insurance

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation (where booked independently), and cancellation insurance if desired.

 

KuduRiver Gundogs cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred outside the value of the booking itself.
